Mixing the ingredients and processing the materials are two arts that symbolize Made in Italy excellence.

Two different techniques but very similar in achieving the final result: stimulate the senses, leave you speachless, enhance the sight.

In short, cooking and craftsmanship have a common goal: to shape the material by hand and transform it into a work of art.

Eleit.it‘s goal is to enhance the Italian Food Experience by taking advantage of national excellence in order to create objects that become vehicles for new taste experiences.

In this sense, the Italian handmade tells a story of quality, ancient knowledge and excellence: a unique and precious asset to be preserved as a synonym of technique, skill in manual work and deep knowledge of materials.

The starting point of our project is the choice of iconic foods or traditional recipes, revisited in a gourmet key, and the creation of innovative objects that enhance their taste in an unconventional way.

Pyxis, for example, was created with the aim of enhancing the consumption of buffalo mozzarella, both from an aesthetic and functional point of view.

The project, which comes to life from an idea by Raffaella Del Giudice, Architect and Designer, was carried out in Capodimonte according to traditional ceramic processing, exploiting the ancient craftsmanship of the Royal Capodimonte factory.

Thanks to the collaboration of a third partner, excellence in the food sector, such as the organic farm Tenuta Vannulo, it was possible to experiment with the use and perfect the functionality of the Pyxis.

The white gold of Naples (ceramics) and the white gold of Cilento (buffalo mozzarella) have become a vehicle of innovation, contributing to the creation of a design object that, starting from tradition, elevates its sense and functionality, giving life to a unique project of its kind.
