We could define with this expression the meeting between two coloured souls.

But, you know, everyone agrees with buffalo mozzarella.

In this way, the Pyxis, our container and serving dish, brings sunshine to your plate becoming, at the same time, a shrine enclosing the tradition that Marialaura discovered with eyes full of wonder.

Scents and nature are blended: here is the creative touch, that of serving the mozzarella with garden herbs and olive leaves!

Once opened, the Pyxis reveals the white gold, its overturned lid becomes part of the mise en place.

While Marialaura is about to delicately cut this icon of the Italian cuisine, the buttermilk flows inside the neck, making the mozzarella dry at the time of tasting. And it’s time to eat!

Our Pyxis allows you to preserve its taste: the governing liquid keeps the mozzarella literally hydrated. It is then completed with a new accessory that, by reducing the diameter of the neck of the serving dish, enhances the so-called “white gold” in all its shapes and sizes, from the cherry mozzarella to the braided one.
