Carosello was born from the collaboration between the Journalist and cookbook author Alba Pezone and the designer and artisan Arianna De Luca, two proud supporters of Italian culture.
Neapolitan, in love with the beautiful and the good, Alba lives and works between Paris and Italy. In 2004, she created in Paris the first Italian cooking school – Parole in Cucina, a convivial space dedicated to the promotion of Made in Italy gastronomic culture. Journalist and author in France of more than 10 books on traveling in Italy and Italian cuisine.
Arianna, from Abruzzo, was born between the hills and the sea, in a perfect encounter between folklore and nature. Interior designer in Italy and London, she became fascinated by ceramics and decided to delve into the subject of the artisans of Castelli, in her homeland. Here she discovers a universe made of ancient techniques and workmanship that are handed down in memory, honoring the territory and its tradition to bring it into the dimension of the present, in a coherent and personal, pop, bold and colorful way.
